Identify the organisation and process risk variables in construction.
Differentiate management strategies for each of the principle roles in the construction process.
Formulate a project procurement strategy in response to National improvement strategies.
Establish organizational structures and management systems to enable productive construction.
Relate theoretical knowledge of project and site management to contemporary practice. |
