Aims:
The knowledge and understanding of a selection of key management tools, having a particular focus on project management tools will be developed to that they may be used to solve business or project related problems.

Assessable learning outcomes:
At the end of the module:
Students will have an introductory understanding of some key management tools, in particular project management tools. Students will be able to relate the management tools to issues in their own work and life experiences. Students will be able to use the management tools to solve simple business or project related problems. Students will have a better understanding of how business, public sector organizations and the management of projects operate. |
