Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and Construction Management (for external students)
If you wish to graduate in Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or Construction Management by distance learning, then we have the degree for you.
These honours degree programmes are a partnership between The University of Reading and the College of Estate Management. Covering a wide range of subjects, the first three degrees meet the academic requirements of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Estate Management also meets the requirements of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers. Construction Management meets the requirements of the Chartered Institute of Building. Many of our students are based overseas in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Africa and the West Indies as well as in the United Kingdom. Most of our students are over the age of 24.
